It is our recommendation that you service your machine annually.  Excessive dirt and old oil will add labor to your machine and will be subject to an extra cleaning charge.

Repairs do not need an appointment. First come first serve, repaired in order of drop off. 

There is no guarantee that any given machine will be completed by any given time, or in any given week.  Some machines take much longer than others and may impact the number of machines completed in any given day.

 Even though we specialize in Janome, We still repair and service all makes and models of domestic sewing machines.  We do not work on Multi-Needle Embroidery, Longarm, industrial, New Bernina's or Treadles nor do we refurbish or rewire machines. A $25 charge may be added for extra labor due to machines not being serviced for over 5 years.
